I was sitting down to one of life's small pleasures — a beautifully arranged plate of perfectly poached eggs — when it happened.

This story might seem a bit crazy,

but I hope you find it interesting and that it inspires you to follow your inner guidance.

Shortly after my initial energetic upgrade, I was walking across my room when I heard a loud voice say, "You should be a life coach." I spun around, thinking someone was behind me. My heart raced as I realized the voice was in my head. I laughed and said, "That is the last thing I'm interested in."

"I'm a Medium? That sounds dark and scary!"

Looking back on my first encounter with Kundalini energy always brings a smile to my face. At the time, I had no idea of the profound transformation that was unfolding within me.

The beautiful white dove that flew from the flames of our outdoor fire pit as I sat snuggled with my hubby Dave marked the beginning of my awakening. At the time, the illusion felt real. As I watched the small bird emerge, I ducked my head, saying, “What the heck was that?”
