Trust the Voice Within
Trust the Voice Within
This story might sound unconventional. I'm sharing it anyway, because I believe it might give you permission to trust what you've been quietly hearing too.
I was mid-stride across my bedroom — not meditating, not searching for answers — when a clear, unmistakable voice rose up from somewhere inside me: "You should be a life coach."
I actually turned around to see who was there.
No one was. I laughed out loud. Life coaching was the last thing on my mind. I was laser-focused on building my business, immersed in courses on productivity and growth. And yet, the thought wouldn't leave me alone.
It nudged. It lingered. It returned every time I tried to set it aside.
Finally, exasperated, I made a deal with whatever was nudging me: "Fine. Show me a certification program that fits my budget and requires no travel — and I'll sign up."
I sat down at my computer. Within moments, the Quantum Energy Mastery Certification appeared on my screen.
That program cracked something open in me. It introduced me to the teachings of Abraham through Esther Hicks, to Orin & DaBen, and to a whole lineage of wisdom I hadn't known I was searching for. One certification led to several more. I went on to study business and marketing with Marie Forleo. And then came the moment that changed everything: I was identified as a medium.
That one word sent me well beyond my comfort zone — and straight into my calling.
That was six years ago. Today, I can't imagine walking any other path. This work — sitting with women in their grief, their longing, their quiet hope — is the most meaningful thing I've ever done.
Your inner guidance isn't random noise. It's specific. It's persistent. And it knows something about you that your logical mind hasn't caught up to yet.
Trust it. Even when it surprises you. Especially then.
