Three Principles, Syd Banks
Even though Syd Banks is no longer with us, the day I met him was a profound experience.
During my morning walk, I listened to The Inside Out Revolution by Michael Neill, which mentioned the Three Principles by Syd Banks, a Canadian Scottish welder. Michael was discussing Syd’s moment of enlightenment and transformational experience when suddenly, it felt like an energetic bolt of lightning surged through the top of my head and into my feet. I stood there trembling and eventually began to cry.
